I can offer –

One to one training sessions in Front Crawl, Cycling, running and ‘body weight’ S&C.

Group training sessions (Front Crawl, Cycling, running & ‘body weight’ S&C).

Individual, targeted annual training plans.

Detailed, race specific (swim, bike, run, multi-sport) training plans over 16 or more weeks. The longer the training plan the better prepared you will be.

I can also offer individual ‘Body weight’ strength and conditioning plans.
