Prices

Individual sessions (Swim, Bike, Run, S&C) are priced at £25 per hour, plus any costs associated with the venue (e.g. pool lane hire, room hire).

Group sessions (Swim, Bike, Run, S&C) are £10 per person per hour, plus venue hire (minimum of 3 people).

Annual training plans are priced from £45 per month, depending on how much contact the athlete requires & where meetings are held, see table below.
Specific race plans are charged at £45 per month (or part of) for the duration of the plan. Minimum duration for individual training plans is 4 months (17 weeks).

Notes –
1 Frequency that the plan is set for. Weekly plans will feature the next week & will be uploaded to Training Peaks by the Saturday evening. Fortnightly plans will be initially populated with 2 weeks of plan & then the second week will be added on a rolling basis, as per weekly plans.
2 An initial meeting will be held for all plans. All meetings will be, preferably, face to face and within 10 miles of the A50/A514 junction. Meeting can also be by video link or without the 10 miles stated above (at extra cost).
3 Fitness testing will be used on agreement of contract and regularly throughout the plan. Testing will be appropriate for the athletes ability and equipment.
4 The above testing will enable training zones to be set appropriately, using the athlete available equipment.
5 Data will be analysed in Training peaks and progress will be discussed each week during the ‘phone weekly ‘phone call and at face to face meetings (which will be instead of that week’s ‘phone call. See below.
6 A ‘phone conversation will be initiated by the athlete or coach each week, this may use video chat methods (e.g. Skype, Facebook Messenger etc.)
7 Face to face meetings shall be up to 2 hours long and within the criteria stated in note 2.
8 Athletes may request unlimited of changes to the plan. These changes need to be inline with the overall plan. Training Peaks Premium customers will have the ability to change the plan themselves. I ask that you inform me of changes and reasons as soon as possible and that you bear in mind the required recovery between hard sessions.
9 Athlete profiling will be by use of some questionnaires, your plan will be more accurate and beneficial to you if you are completely honest. Your data will not be shared with anyone else, unless this is required for medical or legal reasons as stated within the GDPR rules.
10 These are at the request of the Athlete. The coach may request to watch the athlete train these would not be charged for.

11 Thirty Pounds for the first hour, plus £20 per part of an hour thereafter (first 15 minutes free).

12 Add £8 per month to the fees above, this covers teh cost of the premium Training Peaks account and a small admin charge.
